Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund if the kit is unused, or if it arrived damaged or defective.

Open a note from the contact page. Include your order number from the receipt. If we approve the return, we refund the purchase after the kit comes back.

Used gear that is not defective is not refundable.
